A beautiful seaside village. An exciting, booming economy. What’s not to like about Spirit Bay?

    By Geoff Gosson | Sustainability | 1 comment | 30 May, 2019 | 0

You’ve seen Spirit Bay, and you love it.

Just one problem. Are there good jobs available if you move here?

The answer is a resounding Yes. The entire South Vancouver Island region is experiencing tremendous growth in areas like tech, manufacturing and healthcare, growth in traditionally strong industries like tourism, the military and government continues unabated, and there are lucrative, fulfilling jobs for everyone from experienced executives to people with young families.

But why take it from us?  Check out these interviews with two key players in our region’s economic development – Dallas Gislason and Dan Gunn.

As part of our ongoing efforts to better serve our residents and community, Spirit Bay will be linking our readers to job boards from hubs like Viatec (the Victoria Innovation, Advanced Technology and Entrepreneurship Council).

Spirit Bay – the ideal live / work solution

Spirit Bay is a beautiful place to call home. But it’s also a great place to work remotely from, with amenities like high speed internet and a planned village square that will include co-work space.

For anyone looking for a second home where they can unwind while still contributing to their company, this could be a beautiful solution.
